At The Print Snap, every product is handmade or personally customized with care by our skilled team. Unlike machine-finished goods, handmade and personalized products may sometimes have minor natural variations or slight imperfections in finish. These are not considered defects, but part of the charm of handcrafted quality. We assure you that each item is made with the best possible quality and attention to detail to bring joy and meaning to your gifting experience.

However we understands you may get a damaged or different product, just reach out to us we will make it right for you!


Return / Refund Eligibility:
To initiate a return or refund, customers are required to provide a complete parcel opening video that clearly shows:
- The sealed package being opened
- The issue or defect as received
- The product in its original condition
This helps us determine whether the issue was caused during production or dispatch and improve our service.

Returns / Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- Parcel opening video is not shared
- Product is mishandled after delivery
- Customization matches the order but customer changes their mind
- Complaint is based on minor finish expectations inherent to handcrafted items

Refunds/Resolutions May Be Approved For:
- Wrong product dispatched by our team
- Verified manufacturing defect shown in the video
- Printing error not matching customer-approved details
- Major transit damage, if reported immediately with a video

How to Request a Refund or Return:
1. Contact us via WhatsApp at 9311811655 or email support@theprintsnap.in within 24 hours of
delivery.
2. Share your Order ID and Parcel Opening Video.
3. Our team will verify and provide a resolution within 48 hours (refund, exchange, or store credit, as
applicable).
